I am hoping Fonty/Chrisb1 see this thread as I have noticed their contributions across the whole forum.
I'm not sure how I can keep an eye on my electrolytes etc... I live in the UK and cant afford a specialist to look after me... maybe I will book an appointment with my GP.
Realistically I think I will probably become bored through lack of food around day 14. My dream goal at the minute is day 21.
What I have been suprised at is all the writing I have seen in various places advocating weird and wonderful preperation foods in order to be able to cope with the water fast. I have found these not necessary. I'm just mentioning that in case it helps people who haven't done a lot of 'prep' work but want to try.
