Re: Ph balance & Vitamin C. Confused.--Answers--

Hi Canadian_girl,

Vit C as Sodium asborate, just means that the Acid of Vit C is bound with sodium and that the acid is neutralized until it is combined with the body fluids, and then you have an Acid released and some Sodium also, and if you are needing the extra sodium, then this kind of Vit C may be better to use, than Vit C which does not contain Sodium attached to it!

You need to understand that the body is powered by the Electrical Energy which is produced when the Acids and the Alkaline Minerals react with each other!

So "IF" your body has too many Acids already, then why add more?

When your bodies Lymphatic system is too Acidic, and the stomach is not produceing enough for it's job of proper Digestion, then in this case it may be better to use ACV or Lemon juice, but Vit C may be used also, as well as HCL as well as Epsom Salt, which provides for sulfate acids!

All of the above may work better by taking some extra Calcium as well as Blackstrap Molasses and Kelp powder along with them!

And by taking these Acids along with enough Alkaline Minerals, your Digestive system may Release more Electrical Energy from the Alkaline Minerals which your body may need to stay healthy or to become Healthy!

So the question, then becomes which do you want to use and how much money do you want to spend?

Compare the cost of each item and make a choice!

Smile Tis your choice.
