Re: Safe to LF without a parasite cleanse first?

Is it safe to flush twice a week? I have never done one but after my Water Fast then refeeding then parasite cleanse, I was hoping to do a series of them.

This is probably silly , but do you gain weight from ingesting all that oil? I have to have surgery and hope to avoid it and I don't wish to go off course by taking in all that oil to the point of having a set back.

Do you recommend a good parasite cleanse and bowel cleanser? I saw that Dr. Natura? and Parastoy have been used, but I have also seen some contrary remarks.
