--Difference in Blackstrap Molasses--

Hi Canadian_girl,

If the Blackstrap Molasses is sulfered Molasses, then it may be Acidic!

Because , if it is sulfered , this means that it has Sulfuric Acid added to it to Preserve it, and this is very Acidic!

Most Blackstrap Molasses which is used for Human consumption is Unsulfered, which means that it has Not had sulfuric Acid added to it, and thus may not keep as long as the sulfered kind!

It is Best to use the Unsulfered Molasses!

Smile Tis your choice.
