Please Give Me Your Advice On This

My sister has been having constant vomit attacks over the last few weeks coupled together with a runny tummy which includes today. Her body also itches all over and she recently complained about her calves and feet itching but if you look at her, her skin looks normal. Is this a sign of some sort of parasitic infection?

She has to go to the doc to get medication to stop her throwing up because she is losing all her nutrients in this way, she really doesn’t have a choice, I have managed to get her all the ingredients to do a parasite cleanse (The Hulda Clark method) but I need to know if she can do this while on the medication and if this will cause a negative reaction and / or interaction in any way between the allopathic and natural medicines? Is it better to wait until she finishes the course from the doctor?
