I'm in a 16/18 now age 42. I've done the yoyo diet thing and two years ago was down to a size 6, so I'm disgusted and when I heard this helps lose weight and also helps get rid of a lot of cravings, I finally psyched myself up to try it. The good thing is I haven't been hungry yet, which I really expected to be. I'm going to start walking, like you said, now that the weather is breaking. I'm in PA, where are you? How old are you? That's great that you kept it off as long as you did and you didn't go back to your old eating habits. I crave chocolate once month, on queue and mostly go for the salty, junk foods. I feel if I can do this for 30 days, I can be really disciplined when coming off and stick to eating healthy and exercising regularly. I haven't noticed any skin changes yet. The most uncomfortable has been pain/aching in my lower back, butt and thighs! Compared to what I've read, that seems mild to some syptoms that can occur (unless I'm in for more). What can I expect as the days go on? Do you have to work? That was the worst for me, waking up at 5:00 a.m. to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) making sure it was all done before I had to leave for work.
