Thank you all for your suggestions. I look forward to trying them and reading the books mentioned. I had already heard of cousins, but was not into the prospect of complete raw at that time.

Grassman- your sprout garden is beautiful. I showed my husband and I said "i want to try the same thing". He said good luck keeping the deer from feeding off all your hard labor.. :) We do have a lot of deer around here. I heard you have to be careful about the sprouts because you can get mold, maybe that is if you grow it inside? I liked to grow it inside. But I have to find a set up and some seeds.. etc...

Alot to learn but it should be an interesting adventure.
