Re: VCO brands,Tropical Traditions.
Hi Ratgirl,
Here are some links for you to research.
I prefer my oil in glass so do not buy
the larger amounts as I would not use it
fast enough, and the larger amounts come
in a food grade plastic container.
I like the gold label for eating my oil or oil pulling
although I also use this oil for massage and for oiling
my hair.

This is the grade oil I use for baking and cooking.

I have also used their coconut cream, delicious
by spoon, or as Jeff suggested, in smoothies.
I also will eat a spoon of shredded coconut flakes,
or melt a little organic chocolate and add a tablespoon
of coconut for a treat.
We have birds here so add the coconut chips and
shredded coconut to their diet also.
I use the coconut in my baking too. Another good
use is adding it with nuts and dried fruit to yogurt
and granola for a very satisfying breakfast or lunch.
My last order, I bought some of their organic
raw honey and am super impressed with it.
If you sign up for their mailing list and watch
for sales and free shipping, you can really get
some good buys~!
best wishes,
Zoe
