Today is my day 4! I feel good, have been resting allot. I will start to work out (power walk) for 40 min as of tomorow. Like you, I have done it before and have had very good results. I did it for 13 days before, this time I am trying out for 21 but like the saying goes "one day at a time" I try not to think about day 21 because its a struggle as is.
