I have posted an outline several times in the past mostly likethe one just posted saying it is the last book on health. The author used a simple breathing method in bed before getting up each morning. He makes no mention that he ever changed diet and he went from near dead in the 70's to great health by age 110.

Naturally the book is small, all great books must be small.
