i posted this in my blog, but i thought the experienced users would find it easier here.
I've been fasting for 15 days now. I've lost 13 pounds. Im currently stuck at 135-136. I havent changed in a few days, almost a week. I drink plenty of water, i pee i feel every few minutes, and i even did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) the other night (amazing all the gunk STILL hanging around in there!!) Even tho i FELT lighter, and much better, it didnt make me drop an ounce.
The ONLY thing ive donoe different is ive been making new recipes for my husband every night. I dont eat them, but i do taste them (meaning...i put it in my mouth to make sure the texture is ok, and flavor, then i spit it out and rinse my mouth out)
could this POSSIBLY be the reason for such an impact?
is it because im only 10 pounds away from my goal? Its so frustrating..i was to be down to my 125 at least by my bday, which is the 28th
