I went 15 days with only water and got to 135-136. My husbands birthday was the 11th, i felt so weak, irritated, that i gave in to having something to eat. I dont eat the whole day, nor did i pig out. I ate a small amount. I felt horrible afterwards, nauseated but not able to vomit.
anyhow..i thought, since it was one day that my body basically took a rest from fasting, was it ok to go back on the next day? The very next day i went right back to only water, but im worried i ruined everything, and i wont lose my 10 pounds like i wanted to.
Could someone fill me in. Tell me whats going on in my body now, this is day 2 back on water. Ive got the tiredness, headache, crankyness...Im also getting ready to start, so it may be affecting me as well. Seeing no loss on that scales leaves me so discouraged. I just want 125bv
