(i am also having problems logging in - which is why i haven't been replying to many posts - and i just sent you a really long reply but it disappeared! bah! so i will try and remember what i wrote!)
so sorry to hear of your problems refeeding. this has happened to me on both my previous long (ish) fasts (26 days and 14 days respectively) when i had to break them prematurely for various reasons. in both instances, i was experiencing healing crises and i found it really difficult and painful to take anything in at all. so here are some things that helped me...
yes, it is really too early for you to do a Liver Flush at this stage. ideally you should wait a couple of weeks (you can do a curezone search on the Liver Flush Forum about this). for a flush to work effectively, my understanding is that peristalsis needs to be activated and your gallbladder needs to be producing sufficient bile. that said, when/if you do one, it will help to alleviate some of your symptoms (it really did for me).
in the meantime, it may help to make a light vegetable broth. here is a link to a yummy recipe:
i also found that clear wakame soup and steamed broccoli helped me. i was also committed to following a raw food/juicing protocol post-fast but found it impossible after the first few days.
also, since it seems likely that your digestive system has not yet been properly reactivated (hence your abdominal discomfort), you might want to try a gentle salt water cleanse. maybe start with using just half the recipe and see how your body responds. here's the link to the salt water cleanse:
i hope some of these suggestions can bring you some relief. personally, i found the refeeding crisis a lot more distressing than any of the symptoms i experienced during my fasts - so i'm feeling your pain!
good luck! - and please post again and let us all know how you are progressing.
