Since coming to curezone, i've become very interested in the human body. How it functions, how far it can be pushed, what it can do. Then i came acrossed dry fasting. I find this very interesting. I couldn't find too much online, tho i continue to search.
I was wondering if anyone has done this?
Why did you do it?
How long did you do it?
What benefits did you achieve?
I read that when dry fasting, a full day is equivalent to 3 days of water fasting, which in tern, means much greater detoxification, but, did not mean greater, or faster, weightloss. I find this intriguing. How is that possible? I understand the detox being quicker, but how is the weight not the same, if not better?
Just looking for the basic answers i guess :] If educated enough, i'd like to attempt MAYBE a 2-3 day dry fast, but i want to learn all the dangers/benefits properly first.
