#1. How long ago did you break your fast?........including the number of days that have passed since you broke it; and specifically how long this fast was in days.
#2.What did you break your fast on? Solids or fluids and specifically which foods exactly?
#3 How is your appetite since breaking the fast? as I understand this was not to completion.
#4. Where EXACTLY is the left shoulder pain? Emanating from where to where? Is it muscular or within the joint? did it begin pre or post fast? The result of overuse? or strain? or is it painful on movement only, or painful when static? Is there any swelling?
#5. Please give the EXACT symptoms of your leg & foot spasms to help further.
Possible causes can be bursitis or nerve impingement (pinched or trapped nerve) plus other possible causes.
