when i got to thinking about it today... if u drink water one day///and lets say eat some raw tomatoes the next day, then water the next,and so on, would weight loss still be as good as just water?
i know it prolly wouldnt be AS good, but i figure, when u eat, ur body is working overtime to digest that food... where as water, it doesnt have to work at all to digest.... So if ur eating raw, and then fasting on the other days, teh benefits of weight loss, imo, i think would be pretty good
anyone have an theories, or stories to share?
as i stated, i broke my fast the other night due to the horrible pain in my head, also was afraid i was anemic (horrible bruises were appearing all over my body for no reason)
but today, i just ate a few slices of raw tomatoe, and drank water
