I started ultimately at almost 190lbs (i was between 188-189)
when i started fasting, i was in the 170's, i'm currently 136. My goal is to get down to 125-120
My very first fast i went 15 days. It was easy for me, because i had such determination to lose weight for my 21st birthday (today). But by the 15th day, i quit (i was 134 at that time). And re-started about a week later at 141-142. I did a water fasy. No cheats.
Im currently partial fasting. I eat raw veggies and fruit in a small amount occasionally, and the rest i drink water. So far it seems to be working.
The middle of may i plan to do a much longer water fast, to see if it helps my endometriosis.
