Thanks 4 your positive resopnse. There are some outside factors that I am going 2 address. I am sure as well that my diet has an affect on my moods and feelings. It's so annoying when you hear people say you should just 'snap out of it' and 'cut down' on bad foods. When you have Depression that's easier said than done. I know Water Fasting isn't going to ''cure'' it completely, but hopefully it will clean my mind and help me sort out some of the issues myself. I also plan 2 adopt a mostly raw diet/lifestyle after my fast, so this is going to be a lifestyle change.
