Strontium and MCHA


I've heard many good things about Strontium in regards to Osteoporosis. In addition to all the suggestions Tony gave, I would incorporate Strontium and into my routine. Here are a few good sites to get info about Strontium from:

Also, the type of Calcium may be important for someone who needs a bio-compatible form.
Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite (MCHA) is supposed to be very good at supporting people with bone problems. However, if you're vegetarian, this may not be an option.
