Sorry, I started this thread a looooooong time ago and looks like I forgot about it (just recently learned how to keep track of postings here though).
Anyway, I wanted to note that I've been using magnesium for almost a year now and it INSTANTLY takes the symptoms away when I have them. I don't take it daily, but as needed. As soon as I feel the tingling, I mix a glass with a little juice (for taste) and it's gone within minutes. I use a generic brand from a local whole foods store.
Thanks to everyone who suggested magnesium as I haven't spent a restless night since.
