Does anyone have experience with the Natural Hygiene/Food Combining diet? I know you can't eat protein with starchy carbs, but I was wondering how you define starchy carbs. I eat Ezekiel bread and it seems to be a complete protein bread with organic sprouted grains... is it bad to eat this kind of bread with protein (i.e. mozzarella, hummus, almond butter, gardenburger, etc)? What about 100% stone ground corn tortillas with organic beans... is that a bad combination? I also read never to put butter on bread because your body can't digest carbs and fat? Also, can I eat flax seeds with every meal for fiber? Any knowledge on this matter? Thanks!
