Re: Agoraphobia?

Agoraphobia results from fear of having a panic attack. It's called, ANTICAPATORY ANXIETY. You associate unpleasant memories and situations as the culprit to your last attack. Your "Home" (agoraphobia) is your SAFE ZONE.

I actually discuss this SAFE ZONE in my blog:

http://panicrecovery.blogspot.com/2008/05/safezone.html

I suffered for 17 years, but now I'm totall free from panic (5 years now)Never took meds or anything. I learned what panic was and how/why it affected me so.

I hope you the very best and I firmly believe that YOU TOO can conquer this fear!!

God bless!
