I see, thanks Chris. I have to say on this fast I have been drinking only when thirsty, and that has been less than the times where I was drinking water routinely without being thirsty.
If it is water, I can expect the graph to shoot up then, now that I have just eaten an apple, a salad and some orange juice. Foods with lots of water.
But either way I will get there in the long term, that's for sure. Thanks for the info. You are a mine of information Chris. You should start a fasting retreat.
