Hi, K6!

I did oil pulling for abt a year.

For the last three weeks have been using my urine instead.

Results: Teeth very clean, don't seem to build much tarttar. Still floss, but need to brush less often and less vigorously.

I already had pretty ggood teeth and gums, but improvment in thrush/candida, VERY clean and fhealthy looking toungue!

Let us know what happens, OK?
