I realize that urine taste is a good way to tell what we may have eaten.
I had problems with Stevia. I was adding it to frozen blackberries and whizzing it in food processor and making something like sorbet, and I developed loose stools that took weeks to go away. Dr Wilson told me Stevia can do that. I later learned Stevia is an avoid food for O Non.
Good idea to not eat too much proteins. I recently cut back on them (per UT). I used to eat 4 oz of grass fed beef per day with a meal, and 4 oz of poultry with another meal, 2 or 3 times daily. UT has enabled me to cut back. A pound of beef now lasts me about 8 meals (days), so I have cut my protein consumption in half. I seemed too acid today so about all I've eaten are mangoes (an O Non beneficial). I'd like to alkalize more and see if it helps and if I can get away with it. Perhaps more veggies with my protein and no more (or less) rice.
Before alkalizing, did you have a lot of stomach acid or were you deficient in it? I tend to be HCL deficient. :)
