Re: Dry fast--colon
Everything you say is very helpful. I would like to just point out one alternative. Instead of a month of enemas which may off-putting to many people, going for a
Colon Cleanse with a colon hydrotherapist one or two times will do the trick a lot quicker. Many people lose 5-10
pounds of encrusted fecal matter (and who knows what else, but none of it is pretty) after a 90 minute visit to a hydrotherapist. You generally need to do a follow up 2nd visit, depending on your diet, because some things only got "stirred up" with the first visit. Of course enemas are cheap-you can do them yourself, but "don't go as far" if you will, in my opinion. Yes, it may feel weird to go to a hydrotherapist, perhaps do a google search for ones that post their pictures so you are more comfortable, perhaps if the therapist is of your gender or opposite gender would be less fearful. If you actually wish to try a fast-water or dry fast-for any time more than a day, you will be amazed how a colon hydrotherapy session helps, as otherwise, the fast is very difficult since you will experience major detoxification effects, as you are eliminating all this bad stuff the hard way. You can test this for a yourself, if you are doing say a 4 day water fast, don't do any colon cleansing, and after the 1st or 2nd day see how you feel, then, without breaking your fast, go to a hydrotherapist and you will be amazed at how much easier the remaining days will be. Of course after all this, if you switch to a raw vegan diet, you won't even need any colon cleansing, as nothing natural that has not been denatured by cooking will stick to your colon and ferment/rot there.
