To answer your question, unless it says "whole Wheat" it isnt'. Just because its' organic doesn't mean it's whole wheat. Probly used to be that way, not anymore. Lots of large companies are jumping on the bandwagon and making organic products these days. And they don't care as much about the ingredients.
Now, if you are on a candida diet, you really should not be eating wheat at all. It feeds the yeast. You need to be off wheat for at least 6 months and then you can gradually try it in your diet to see what happens.
