To me it sounds like your boss has compromised the quality of your life. This could be a situation where you could involve the Canadian version of Occupational Safety and Health, if you have the energy to go that route.

Also, if you have Adrenal Fatigue you might also be deaing with copper toxicity, candida (and more) as they seem to relate from my research for myself. Regardless, you are depleted and it seems to be continuing downward.

Some would say "stick with the adversity," "it is up to you to choose how you react." I would say if you are growing with the adversity, if it is deeply rewarding and worth it to you to work there, stick with it.

Personally, I have done Vipassana as taught by SN Goenka, as well as read hundreds of self help books, and taken many workshops. I am very into Shad Helmstetters' Self Talk, too. They all put the individual in the drivers seat. However, despite all my efforts, I have found until I attend to my biochemical issues, if I can call them that, adverse situations just grind me down.

Frankly, I would leave the job. You have been there long enough to prove your commitment. Why not start your own business? Are you leting fear of quitting keep you stuck? Maybe quitting is what the universe is trying to get you to do. In case you might be into more positive perspective type of stuff, here is a site I have gotten a lot out of:
