Re: Severe Symptoms, need opinions on job stress.
First of all wow,
This is a reminder of where I have been in the last 2 years and how I am making changes in my life to better not only my health but myself.
You see, I am now 31 years old, been diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue 2 years ago where I was first sent into a tailspin because of my job. I WAS a natural fitness competitor but had to forgo competition (and working out) because my Adrenal Fatigue was so severe. I also had a company where I was helping mommies lose weight after babies ( yup I was a personal trainer too). I can completely relate with you when you say your world has been turned upside down. If we don't have our health...then what do we have?
From your story I can only offer you my opinion based on my experience. This job obviously DOES NOT BRING YOU JOY. If that's the case then why do it? Sure we all need money to survive. You seem like a talented man, being a budding nutritionist and personal trainer. But if you keep going with the way you are, you won't have the opportunity to do either.
I say, make a plan on the options you have for making money. Leave quietly from that job...after all, if you put any more anxiety and stress on yourself you will only get more sick (take it from me). Your health and your life depend on it!
In the meantime, make sure you are getting ample rest when you can, be sure to take Vitamin C for your immune system and Vitamin B for stress!
