Re: 3 month old breastfed infant with chronic eczema seborrheic dermatitis

My oldest, now 4, had terrible eczema after getting his 2 month vaccines. We stopped vaccinations and he and I were both off dairy and wheat of any kind for about a year. We also took him to a homeopath, and that was what seemed to make the difference. The diet helped a little bit, but after he took the remedy she recommended, the eczema cleared up within about 2 weeks. By that time he had been suffering with it all over his body for about a year and a half. As far as probiotics, I would take or give him the ones that are made specifically for babies. There is a brand called Baby Dophilus that my son tolerated when he couldn't take anything else. Most of all, do not stop breast feeding. Any sensitivities he has will only be exacerbated by formula. I have also read that Sugar is a big contributor to skin problems, although I was not eating much Sugar at the time my son was having problems. Good luck!
