There is a program already in place for chemical lobotomies, Its called childhood or infant vaccines!
Bertland Russel said Science was the new religion and to believe these vaccines are anything but the poisons they are takes a leap of faith no parents have ever crossed before ! To allow your infant child to be poisoned on the basis of scientific faith is the cruelist of any religion in history!
