Diet question due to change in training

Hi Folks

It's my first time on here so I thought I'd hit you with a question right away. I've been on the WD for about 6 months and have been training in the evenings, then overeating. However, I've just changed to training in the morning and am a little confused about how much I should be eating the day and when. Can anyone give me any advice?
