high energy prices are here to stay, or at least high oil prices. i was just noting that it doesn't matter if it takes a long time for the oil from a newly discovered field to hit the gas pump, it can have an almost immediate affect on price via calming panic and reducing speculation buying. but like i said before oil aint gonna be at $50 a barrel probably ever again in history.
