Lugol’s Iodine Free S&H

I bought an Alkaline Water filter and drank about 3 liters. Then I tested my urine, but it's still acidic, but if I drink one cup of acv and baking soda, my urine is alkaline. I tested the water right out of the filter, and it's definitely alkaline. Anyone have this experience?
