UT practice is “must do” for me. So I notice what foods make urine with better taste, and how much water I have to drink to keep it good.
Also I tried enemas with fresh urine and boiled to ¼. The last one was the best so far. At the moment I do weekly colon cleansing with water, followed by 1 L yogurt enema.
Those days I keep UT minimal – just drink fresh early morning and the rest of that portion use to flush my nose. I’ve been flushing nose for a few years and never had any nose problems since.
As for the heart – I believe the best way to overcome problems is gentle, low pace jogging.
