Spine injury stroke and bone demineralization

I was car accident and have recovered to the point where I can walk. I had a couple of strokes with it in my 30s. My bone scan shows extensive bone demineralization?? or arthritis as the doctor put it but has no name fo r what kind of arthritis. Since this was a long term chronic condition and requires additional neurosurgery is it possible to :

A. Remineralize the bones?

B. Correction through alkalization via your method to rid me of osteophytes in the cervical and lumbar region for health and avoidance of surgery?

Thank you for your time and direction.
