The other side of the moon

That would have been a more appropriate heading since your response has little to do with this world. Your objections fail in all accounts. You must be under the impression that the United States had the sanitation standards of a Bangladeshi shanti town. My parents, grandparents or great grandparents don't have any stories in which they are wading through human sewage, drinking polluted water or using the street as a toilet. The time period that this studies addresses makes your claims about improved sanitation accounting for the numbers we see laughable and dishonest.

The objection about nutritions also FAILS miserably. Less obesity, less access to fast foods, more homemade and local produce, it all points to a population that had diets with SUPERIOR nutritional profiles than today.

Like Benyfur you make assertions without any evidence to back them up. You think that by simply claiming something is true it automatically becomes true.

The position of the CDC is one they arrive at because that is what the evidence demands. Their mandate is to reduce and control diseases and for many diseases this means vaccinations. Your inflammatory and false rhetoric notwithstanding, in your ignorance you are confusing the CDC with the FDA.

Vaccinations do not suppress the immune system and there are no safer more effective methods of obtaining immunity for the diseases in question than vaccines. The research indicates that vaccines are safe and effective. Studies have been conducted in nearly every developed country and the results have always been positive.

We do not fully understand the effects of eating tomato.

We do not fully understand the effects of exercise.

We do not fully understand the effects of eating oleander soup.

Those of us who are familiar with epistemology know that we can never fully understand anything. So for you to claim that "we do not fully understand" only shows how little YOU understand.

The out of context quotes of a few nay sayers (ambulance chasers, quacks, dentists et. al) are not evidence. The study cited is evidence, everything else that you've written is just your uninformed opinion.

What the professionals have said (with the studies to back them up) is very simple:
