I have never known anyone having a problem with taking Omega 3s, cocnut and flaxseed oil together. You do need to be careful about the type of Omega 3's
you are taking. Many compaines just chop up fish parts, and have the nerve to call
that Omega 3's. I take a product from Alaska. Wild Sockeye Salmon. This product
has turned my Husband's psorasis around from the better. So check the source
of your product. Don't possibly throw money away on substandard supplements!
