go with the 2nd or the 3rd urine in the morning, they are much lighter in taste. and take only half a cup or less and mix it with juice, so that you don't taste it anymore. or add it to your tea or whatever it is that you drink in the morning. or take only 1 ounce in a glass and dilute it with water unless you can't taste and see it anymore.
drinking is definitely good, but for skin problems the most effective and direct way is to apply it on the skin! who would have thought ;-) rub it in. massage it in. wait 10 minutes and then flush it with water. the older the urine the more effective it is. but also fresh urine works.
