I just started six days ago, and there was only one day when I had a hard time getting it down, it looked particularly dark to me, and I recalled not having had my usual lots of water the evening before. I've been doing on average about 1/3 cup, working up to 1/2 cup, and I do it first thing in the morning when I'm still a little groggy and before I have time to psych myself out of it. I don't pinch my nose, but I hold my breath when I drink it, or just breath through my mouth between swallows if I have to, and then after I've drunk it, I keep just breathing through my mouth, then rinse my mouth out and brush my teeth & tongue. Sometimes chase it with just one sip of water. That pretty much keeps me from tasting it, though on the occasion I have tasted it, it's not so bad that it would make me barf or anything. I doubt I'll ever "acquire a taste for it," but I have certainly swallowed worse. It's more the idea of it than the actuality of it. I figured if I was going to do something kind of difficult like this, I might as well do it right, so I follow that non-dilution, one hour rule.
