I'm on day 5 of my 2nd fast, and i exercise everyday (i didnt on day 3 because i was soooo nauseas and tired)
I start out walking, then progress into a jog, then a run. I only run for about a minute or so. I go for a mile and a half, then jump in the tanning bed. I read on Shelton that sunbathing is good while fasting.
Im on water only, and as of today i'm down 10 pounds. I truely believe the exercise is whats making my weightloss a success more than the first time. The first time i only lost 13 pounds in 15 days, no exercise.
