Initially, whatever it takes to get your bowels to eliminate is crucial (enemas, colonics, salt flushes, epsom salt, castor oil, herbal lax, prune juice, etc...) In the meantime, cut out all junk food and replace with high fiber vegies (lots of leafy greens) as raw as possible. Drink lot of pure water ( Alkaline Water if possible), exercise in sunshine daily (rebounding is great). It sounds like you're doing the master cleanse, which is good. There's recommendations at

Remember that you WILL reap the benefits of an improved diet, lifestyle...but it may take time to undo the damages. Be persistent and learn as much as possible.
