hey maggie,

very good reading. My intuitive 'logic' says that the reingested urine will cause the body to dump its acid, and that it'll do so mostly through the bowels.
And the creakiness is like the squeaky wheel that will get the lubrication back
(power of UT again)

I have a lot of faith in this...of the nowhere to go but 'be here' variety.

It seems that one day on UF is a really good *imprinting* start,
I would be inclined though, to drink enough water so as to lighten the colour (and, I would imagine, the burden of too much too soon?)
