yeah! I have to jump in here and say that I have never fasted myself, and I know it's supposed to be very effective, but every body is different, and it seems like some people do better than others, I'm not sure it's right for everyone at all times. I'm doing the UT in the morning, it's been about 3 weeks, but to me, a urine fast sounds pretty extreme, especially when I read about people trying to limit water intake on top of it, it just feels very risky to me and I worry about anyone attempting something like that alone and unsupervised. Aren't there certain nutrients, body chemicals, sugars, minerals, electolytes, stuff like that that can get out balance on a fast? So yes, PLEASE get a phone, at least! I think you can just go buy a pre-paid Cell Phone somewhere, I've seen them even at gas stations.
