Re: Should urine be cloudy?

my understanding is "no". But that's the short answer. There could be yeast, protein, crystals, or some sort of infection present. That said, a certain low level cloudiness is not necessarily any reason to worry. If I were you, and concerned, I'd probably drink some cranberry juice( real, no added sugars: from a health food store: you dilute it in water) What might also be good to do, is drink a cup of Celery Seed Tea a day, for a few days. Say three. Celery seed is a good kidney cleanser. Just buy the seed from the grocery store, and sort of smash it with the back of a spoon, and add boiled water. Steep for at least five minutes. (1 Tbls.)It's really nice, actually.

Maybe after this -- then begin the UT. But others will have other ideas. I've heard of people beginning UT with cloudy urine, and it clearing quite fast.
