wow! I think I would be afraid to poke. I read that other person's post, too, and looks like both of you cleared moles that way, but I don't think that person was a urine therapy expert, just someone experimenting. I have something like a cyst that started quite a few years ago on my cheekbone under my eye, and I might try putting urine compresses on that. So far I have just been drinking it, I keep forgetting to save some for the topical applications. Sounds crazy, but I'm less put off by drinking it than by applying it to my skin - I'm afraid I'll smell like urine. I ought to start drinking it at night, as well. I know the melatonin content is supposed to be higher in the morning urine, but it's hard to imagine that would still be beneficial in helping sleep so many hours later. I can't get up at 5 or 6, whatever hour is supposed to be the best to drink it, I have more of a night schedule, so I drink it around 8 or 9 in the morning.
Thanks for your input. I'm anxious to learn more on the subject, I'm still waiting on the books I ordered from Amazon over a month ago.
