While being on the therapy my husband had problems sleeping while the therapy solved my sleeping problems. I never take more than 3 to 4 coffees per week and always in the morning.
He had a routine of taking a coffee when he came back from work around 4 o'clock in the afternoon and he took the therapy around 7 or 8 oclock after supper. I researched the subject a bit and found out that cafeine stays in the body for approx. 7 to 8 hours. So he was recycling the cafeine plus he had also some left in his body. No wonder it disturbed his sleep. He tried not taking coffee passed 2 pm, and it solved his sleeping problems.
