Reishi Mushroom & UT?

I just started taking Reishi mushroom for chronic fatigue and hyperthyroidism due to a congested liver. I have been on UT for 2 months and have observed a couple minor improvements in my condition, like sleeping better and feeling less hungry during the day. The constant fatigue however is still crippling, so I decided to try Resihi mushroom. From what I've heard, the mushroom has detoxifying properties. Should I continue with UT? If the toxins are going to be eliminated through the urine, I would not want to be re-ingesting them and thereby increase the load of an already overworked liver. Some theories suggest that taking urine with some mushroom therapies will only increase the benifits of the mushroom, since it will 'be recycled' and ingested once more. What about the toxins that the body needs to get rid of?
