That is wonderful that you feel it working so well. I have had the same with liverflushing, I sometimes wonder if whatever you do first you feel the most reaction since your body was in such a bad shape.
For 3 years I have been living a better lifestyle, off and on, plus keeping up the liver and colon. Once I did a parasite cleanse and 3x kidneycleanse. I do this for general health but do not have an obvious reaction to it.
Since December I have been using the urine and mentally I feel good about it, but could not tell any obvious changes. I have added oil pulling 2 weeks ago.

So I feel at my stage of having been cleaning for so long may be my body is doing pretty well.

I can't answer you questions about the particles, never seen it and if I had I probably would have left them at the bottom of the cup :). I don't question many changes because who knows what it was like before when the pee just went in the toilet. I just do it and as long as I feel well, keep going. Tweet
