Hi everyone! This is day 1 of my fast and was just wondering about fat loss percentage on a water fast. I know people on here record their weight loss, which is very encouraging but they don't describe how their body LOOKS. Do you actually notice your body becoming leaner or does it still look a bit wobbly with just a little less fat? I know I can just ''find out myself'' but I have a very emotional relationship with food and need some incentive to keep me going. I want to last 10/14 days. Thanks.
